Healthy Living
Over 33% of our dishes are now plant-based. Finding greener substitutes from local suppliers helps us to create healthier dishes without compromising on quality or taste, all while reducing our carbon footprint.
Food waste
Leftover food from our events is recycled through various streams. We work with our partners to turn waste into heated water and electricity or send it for anaerobic digestion to become energy and compost.

Our local partners are a key part of our business. We source locally and sustainably where we can, without compromising quality and taste. Even in their own field we select the best of the best.
